We “blast” off road film and brake dust with the Wheelblaster, wheel cleaning equipment that moves with your car in the tunnel to give an intense cleaning to your wheels without slowing down the speed of the wash line.
Exit Vacuuming
By vacuuming your car in the exit cleaning bays instead of before the car moves through the tunnel, we ensure that each car gets precisely the amount of vacuuming it needs. This increases the efficiency of your wash; no more waiting behind a particularly dirty car before going through the tunnel. Now your personal team of cleaners in the cleaning bay can vacuum as much or as little as your car needs without the need to rush to get to the next car in line.
Air Guns
Every cleaning bay is equipped with air guns which blow out water in those small areas on your car to help eliminate drips after your car has been spotlessly cleaned. The air gun reaches those tiny areas that can’t be accessed with towels!
Rug Beaters
Each cleaning bay has access to rug beating cleaning machines. Instead of only one machine before the tunnel, your personal cleaners have access to several machines, making your car washing experience quicker and more efficient.

2 person teams for each car
After your car is thoroughly washed in our tunnel, your personal team of cleaners will ensure that every inch of your car is clean and sparkling. Your team has all the tools and equipment they need for vacuuming, rug cleaning, interior cleaning, window cleaning, waxing, dusting and hand towel drying. If you have special concerns, you can let them know and they’ll be sure to get your car spotlessly clean!
Plenty of Room
Island Car Wash has 18 bays for cleaning cars. This means that the cleaning crews can take as much time as your car needs to get thoroughly clean without rushing. There’s always plenty of room to accommodate the cars exiting the tunnel.
